The company owes its beginnings to the passion that Maruca’s brothers had for Evo oil, handed down from generations.

Barbara and Stefano bring into the world the dream of a family that has devoted itself to the creation of “Olio Maruca”. They want to promote their product with the same passion that was conveyed to them by their grandparents.  As of today, they use the most modern techniques for the production of their extra virgin olive oil, in respect of the territory and the environment.

The bond with the territory and its fruits is the main lead of this love, so extra virgin olive oil is produced in the utmost respect of local biodiversity, following the highest standards of environmental sustainability.
